We are thrilled to announce that Chase Anichini has received the Vic Kops Children’s Challenge Award from The Optimist Club of Del Mar/Solana Beach in the area of Humanities – Writing/Drama. The Vic Kops Children’s Challenge Awards are given to elementary school aged children who have challenged themselves to achieve excellence in one of six categories (Arts, Community Service, Courage, Fellowship, Humanities, and Science) at a young age. Chase was recognized for taking the negative experience of being bullied and transforming it into something  positive and enduring.
